You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This care home has been developed to provide care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities **To be considered for this position you must hold a BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Applied Behaviour Analysis/Psychology/Nursing/Occupational Therapy** As the PBS Practitioner your key responsibilities include: Work closely with the people we support, colleague teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver Positive Behaviour Support for individuals and services To work in an environment where you can have a positive impact on improving both the long term and the everyday lives of the people we support Deliver support that enables individuals to develop and improve their quality of life outcomes The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Be willing and able to work towards instructor level in PROACT SCIPr-UK Experience with people with learning disabilities and/or ASC and Challenging Behaviour Conducting assessment and developing, implementing and evaluating interventions for individuals presenting with Challenging Behaviours A history of development and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support training The successful PBS Practitioner will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. Registered General Nurse

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This care home has been developed to provide care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities **To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin** As a Nurse your key duties include: Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their quality of life Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation Build the positive reputation of the Business; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Knowledge and experience with administering medication safely Be confident in creating and updating individualised care plans and documentation Deliver hands on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.32 per hour and the annual salary is up to £48,780.16 per annum.
