The purpose of the role is to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks for the Property Management Division at Stiles Harold Williams Partnership, ensuring the efficient day to day management of all properties under instruction.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the processing and arranging payment of contractor and other invoices from client funds
Raising fee account invoices for Property Managers on Business Central
Organising payment of annual insurance premiums and recoverable electricity
To build relationships with the tenants, clients and SHW colleagues and deal with issues when they arise
To also build relationships of trust with contractors via Safe Contractor, to ensure that they are available at times of urgency
To work closely with Property Managers and other department colleagues, to enhance the client service levels delivered by SHW so that quality standards are achieved

The Apprentice Programmes Officer supports Blossom LGBT’s work to increase employability prospects for LGBTQIA+ young adults (16–30) by helping to deliver programmes that build both soft and hard skills needed for employment.
The role contributes to the delivery of Peer-to-Peer Hubs, specialist programmes and mentoring schemes, supporting group facilitation, engagement, and inclusive learning spaces, alongside administrative responsibilities such as curriculum planning, casework, monitoring, and volunteer management. The postholder also supports project work aimed at improving the quality, consistency, and impact of Blossom’s services and programmes subsequently gaining experience in a variety of charity functions including social media, fundraising and outreach.
This is a hands-on role offering an exciting oppourtinity to gain insight in direct programme delivery with administration and project work, all supporting young people to move closer to employment, education, or training.

A Golf Greenkeeper is responsible for the maintenance, care and overall appearance of a golf course in line with employer requirements. It is their job to maintain a good quality playing surface and ensure the course offers a consistent challenge and an enjoyable experience for golfers. There are four key turfgrass areas on a golf course - greens, tees, fairways and areas of rough, each of which requires a different type of maintenance. Using a range of equipment and machinery safely and competently, will play a major part within an apprentices training programme. Golf Greenkeepers will also be involved in hazard, environmental and ecological operations, which may include bunker maintenance, planting turf, trees, shrubs and developing wildlife habitats. The skills required to become a competent greenkeeper will be acquired whilst working as an apprentice on the golf course. By the end of the programme, you will know when, how and why the range of maintenance operations are carried out. A Golf Greenkeeper will be able to:
Maintain good standards of health and safety for yourself and others
Preparing the golf course for play, which will include removing early morning dew and debris from the greens, raking bunkers, moving tee markers, cutting new holes on the greens.
