The Role of the Multi Skilled Operative
As the Multi Skilled Operative you’ll be joining a team of 5 Operatives at the companies Shoreham Plant.
The role of Multi Skilled Operative will see you work as part of a team processing sand and gravel.
You’ll work closely with your fellow Multi Skilled Operatives to ensure all duties are covered whilst maintaining the high standard of health and safety.
As the Multi Skilled Operative your main duties will be assisting with discharge of ships cargoes, housekeeping of site and some minor maintenance duties.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. Every other Saturday when required, 7am to 12pm.

This role is hands on and requires a reasonable level of physical fitness.
Will have a full driving licence or be within a sensible commuting distance.

The Role of the Profit Centre Manager

The Ideal Person for the Profit Centre Manager
You will possess a background or experience in the electrical industry, demonstrating knowledge of electrical products, systems, and terminology. This familiarity will enable them to effectively understand and communicate with customers, providing informed solutions to their needs within the electrical wholesaling sector.
You are motivated and dedicated, with a track record of success derived from being assertive and straightforward in your interactions with customers. Your proactive approach should lead to tangible results in sales and customer satisfaction.
You will have experience in running and managing teams, demonstrating the ability to push for progress and foster growth within an established team. A strong networker, you should be socially active and adept at building and maintaining relationships.
