The Role of the Commercial Support Coordinator: Our client sells a range of market leading privacy curtains & hooking systems Hours are Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm but can be flexible on hours. Core working hours are between 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm This solution also helps the NHS trust they partner with work towards the zero-carbon target, as they also provide services such as recycling, collection & curtain exchange The Commercial Support Coordinator will drive their sales efforts while managing key commercial accounts. This hybrid role combines sales support with hands-on account management, making it perfect for someone with strong administrative abilities with excellent relationship-building The role focuses on supporting the business development team through proposals, quotes, and client communications. You'll also manage administrative tasks, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide customer service support during busy periods or staff absences. Some travel will be required for client meetings, industry events, and site visits. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in sales support, account management, or customer service is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
