Produce accurate management accounts and statutory financial statements

Oversee fund accounting interfaces and investment-related financial reporting
Monitor balance sheet integrity, capital adequacy, and cash management

Candidate Profile
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
Experience within asset management, investment management, or regulated financial services
Strong technical accounting background in a controlled, regulated environment
Proven experience managing financial reporting, controls, and audit processes
Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Detail-focused with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement
Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment

Duties will include:
Keeping clients updated on progress and answering straight forward administrative questions
Contacting pension providers, platforms and other third parties to request information and updates
Preparing documents and meeting packs for client appointments (for example pensions and ISAs)
Processing new business and ongoing changes, and tracking cases until they are completed
Keeping client records accurate and up to date
Managing routine emails and letters
Chasing information when things stall or are delayed
Helping organise meetings and diaries
Keeping on top of the wider teams tasks

Training Outcome:
This is a long-term role with progression
We will support all exams and related training to the end of level 4 and for the right candidate beyond. Client Support can be level 4 qualified, and we will encourage that progression as well as personal skills
