JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose The PCG Consolidation Manager is responsible for accounting, consolidating and analyzing the financial statements for the Performance Coatings Group segment. This role will be the segment lead on monthly close process as well as have global ownership of mapping from the trial balance into consolidation system. This position is not remote and requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site at our Maple Shade, New Jersey location. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance or willing to relocate. Principal Accountabilities The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position may vary. Financial Close & Reporting Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process in Onestream, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with USGAAP. Ensures proper consolidation accounting of subsidiary statements including roll forwards, inter-company accounts, and profit in ending inventory. Ownership of global trial balance (Infor LN) account mapping into consolidation tool. Support of Corporate quarterly and annual reporting requirements (10-K, disclosure support, ad hoc filings, etc). Leadership & Collaboration Conducts financial departmental training programs for use of new reporting packages and concepts. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process. Ability to effectively communicate with domestic and international finance team members to achieve desired results. Other Duties Support of the M&A group in reporting related to acquisitions, including P&L geography review during beginning phases of the acquisition process. Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to the broader PCG management team on special projects and management requests. Oversight of the administrative aspects of PCG's Onestream environment, including: User access additions/removals Administration of the Account Reconciliation module of Onestream.
