What You’ll Do:
To assist in the daily commercial and contractual aspects of the contracts managed by the operational team (The varied workload includes Highway Maintenance covering drainage, Soft Estate, VRS Barriers and Sweeping and Cleaning in both planned and reactive programmes)

Learning the essential skills and tools of the trade to maintain and repair AC/HVAC systems.
Maintaining existing building AC/HVAC services carrying out routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
Working alongside your mentor to gain hands-on experience on our client sites.
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, making safety and sustainability a priority in every task.
No two days will be the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience while contributing to real-world projects.
Training:As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Refrigeration Air and Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician qualification which normally runs for 36 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.Training Outcome:

Facilities Technician will carryout fault finding activities and undertake timely repair of equipment
Prepare technical reports to analyse breakdown cause and recommend counter-measures
Support specialist service providers and statutory inspection protocols.
Work with Electrical power instillations
Building fabrication maintenance and services
Maintenance of site access systems such as vehicle barriers, pedestrian gates and turnstiles
Trained in mechanical handling equiment such as FLT, P60 and MEWP
Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities on site infrastructure & systems
Training:
Our Apprenticeship Programme lasts 48 months and you will spend day release at Hartlepool College learning the role basics
This will be supported while working on site developing your competencies within the experienced facilities team
The programme leads to a Level 3 Building Services Engineering apprenticeship standard qualification
Training Outcome:
Once qualified, many Apprentices receive sponsorship from the Company to study for degrees and other higher qualifications, which can enable them to develop their careers into a more senior role within the business
