The successful candidates will be fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineers, holding a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 qualification, with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical-biased M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance as part of a close-knit team of three engineers, working alongside an on-site supervisor.
