🔧 Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance (electrical bias)

Maintain and optimise building performance using smart BMS systems

Ensure compliance with health & safety and sustainability standards

Coordinate with contractors and manage small projects or upgrades

Maintain records, logs, and reports of all maintenance activity

🧠 What We’re Looking For:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (essential)

Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance role

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and general building services

Experience with BMS systems, energy-efficient technologies, or smart systems is highly desirable

A proactive, responsible, and hands-on individual able to work autonomously
