During the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, you will receive ongoing support, development and training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to qualify and have a successful career in dental nursing.
Your daily activities could include:
Assisting the dentist in providing safe and effective treatments to patients, from simple check-ups to advanced specialist treatments
Providing patients with a high level of care
Setting up and cleaning surgery
Sterilising instruments
Updating patient records
Maintaining equipment
Preparing instruments and materials for various treatments
Adhering to practice policies and procedures
During your working day, the dental practice will support you with learning the practical skills required, whilst your training provider (Aspiration Training) will teach you the theory side. Training:Your study will be based online with regular teaching and 1-2-1 sessions.
Off the job training will be given throughout your apprenticeship during paid working hours.

Working towards the Commercial Catering Equipment Technician, Level 3 Apprenticeship
The broad purpose of the occupation is to install, commission, maintain and repair commercial catering equipment, such as combination ovens, fryers, grills and griddles, cooking ranges, dishwashers, microwave ovens etc. Equipment may be gas or electrical and may involve plumbing and electronic controls.
Throughout the duration of the programme, you will be working to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and qualifications to perform the following duties:

Provide information and guidance to end-users on the correct operation and maintenance of commercial catering equipment
Complete documentation (written or digital) associated with the specified job for example, time sheets, maintenance records, written acceptance of work completed, commissioning sheets
Maintain tools, equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including ensuring meters (typically Electric Multi Meter, Ohmmeter, Carbon Dioxide/Monoxide Meter, Flue Gas Analyser – this list is not exhaustive) are in calibrated date
Maintain and safely store stock – consumables and spares

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures, including: Conduct the daily on-site safety brief with all on-site project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, etc.) prior to the start of the WTI project. Inspect and ensure the safety of surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Maintain spreadsheets for tracking data in a variety of reports. Process all inbound and outbound paperwork daily. Communicating with Distribution Manager on operational problems. Inventory Management
Correspond with Pacific DC on daily inbound loads of inventory. Complete all data entry for inbound loads from Pacific DC. Complete all data entry for inbound and outbound loads. Correspond with the warehouse floor on any inventory errors/issues and perform data entry as needed. Correspond with the Pacific DC and Pacific Production on inventory needed to complete orders, etc.
Customer Service
Communicating on a daily basis with Customer Service on various shipments that need to leave the Distribution Center. Sending back orders for changes that need to be made. Handle inbound calls on product availability, allocations on Hot orders and backorders for on time delivery. Checking emails frequently for new situations with customers and deliveries to achieve timely solutions.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in the relevant field. Work proficiently within the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel & Outlook) and business software (SAP). WTI Commercial Façade Foreman
The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business. Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them. Travel will be required. It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents. Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas. This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shutdown, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands. This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees. Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc. Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster, and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $90,000. As one of our apprentices, you will:
Make all of our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
Help customers find the items they are looking for.
Give a fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into our freezers and onto our shelves ready for our customers to buy.
Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly routines that keep our shops clean and tidy.
Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and support your manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to our customers.
You will need:
A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
To enjoy being busy as there is always something to do. As a junior member of management, you’ll jump from putting out deliveries to serving on the till, helping customers on the shop floor, organising other team members and more.
To be reliable as you will be an important part of a small team.
Your colleagues and customers will depend upon you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
A bit of flexibility when it comes to your shifts. When other members of your team are off enjoying their holidays, we may need you to work slightly different hours to cover for them. Rotas are planned three weeks in advance and your commitments outside of work will be taken into consideration when planning your shifts.

Once the apprentice has completed a minimum of 12 months of training and the employer and Inspiro's Regional Trainer confirm they have met all the requirements of the standard they will be put through to end point assessment.
The end point assessment is independent of the training and includes a variety of assessment methods that test the skills and knowledge of the apprentice to ensure they are fully competent in their role.
Each Apprentice will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, face to face training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help them to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare them for the end of point assessment.Training Outcome:
Progression from this apprenticeship could be into a junior retail management position.
