Conduct a full inventory of IT hardware across all sites (e.g. servers, printers, networking equipment)
Compile a complete inventory of software licences, including usage levels and identification of duplication or redundancy
Review all external IT support providers, services provided and annual costs
Assess the email server and website/domain management setup across the Group
Document key business software systems used at each site and how they are hosted and supported (local, offsite or group-wide servers)
Produce a detailed written report including:
Summary of each site’s current IT setup
Key risks, gaps and issues identified
Recommended corrective actions
A practical, costed Group-wide IT improvement plan, including priorities, timelines and estimated costs
Deliverables
Comprehensive review and assessment completed within 3 months
Final report and recommendations presented at the end of the assignment
Clear proposal for next steps, with potential to extend the role into implementation and delivery
About You
You will be a seasoned IT infrastructure professional with a strong background in IT change management, ideally within multi-site or international environments. You will be pragmatic, commercially aware and focused on delivering solutions that genuinely support the business.

Proven track record in IT infrastructure transformation and consolidation
Strong experience in email, domain and website management
Managing and rationalising hardware, software and support providers
