As Social Value Lead You Will Have:
Experience delivering social value, community engagement, CSR, ESG or sustainability initiatives within construction, infrastructure or major projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to engage subcontractors and supply chain partners to deliver measurable social value outcomes.
Passion for creating long-term positive impacts within local communities.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Are you an experienced Senior Procurement Officer with a background in sub-contractor procurement rather than materials buying? Have you negotiated and managed high-value subcontract packages on major construction projects and want to join a business delivering some of the UK's most technically challenging developments?
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading international general contractor delivering landmark projects across the industrial / data centre market. Working from their office in Gerrards Cross, you will play a key role in the commercial procurement of subcontract packages across multiple live projects, reporting directly to the Procurement Director.
This is not a buyer position. We are looking for someone with genuine subcontract procurement experience who understands construction delivery, commercial negotiations and package procurement from enquiry through to order placement.
The Role ? Procure subcontract packages from enquiry through to placement. ? Negotiate commercial terms and secure best value agreements. ? Review drawings, specifications and scope documents. ? Analyse quotations and identify commercial risks and opportunities. ? Work closely with estimating, commercial and project delivery teams.
