We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Science Engineer to join our team specialising in Engineering for our Cummins Somponents & Software in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Extraction, interpretation and presentation of emerging data
Development of Power BI reports to showcase patterns, trends and issues
Use of accumulated data to develop machine learning models for improved future accuracy
Collaboration with wider Performance, Analysis and Advanced Engineering teams to support machine learning initiatives and explorations
Support communication with global stakeholders, presenting learnings and insights
Autonomous, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated with good communication skills, an enjoyment of problem-solving and keenness in looking for innovative solutions
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
3 A-levels (or equivalent) : grade C or above (A level in Computer Science or IT is desirable)
GCSEs including Math’s/Science at Grade 5/B, 4 other subjects at 4/C or above.
Minimum 104 UCAS points are needed, this is essential
A genuine interest in Data Science or related fields.
Must have been a UK resident/citizen for 3 years or above
