The Roles Available Were hiring four graduate engineers, each with tailored development paths into one of the following functions:
- Applications Engineering (Apps)
Develop, run and fine-tune complex machine programs to match customer part specifications. Support acceptance trials, provide remote and in-person training, and travel globally to support customer implementations. Up to 40% international travel expected.
- Service Engineering
Install, commission and maintain cutting-edge precision machines at client sites around the world. Ideal for technically confident individuals eager to gain international experience and problem-solve under real-world conditions.
- Controls or Design Engineering
Engage in the design and development of advanced multi-axis machines incorporating CNC systems, camera integration, and EDM technology. Youll need to show a deep technical interest and curiosity, especially in electrical/electronic systems.
- Graduate Buyer (1 position)
A technically-minded role, ideal for someone who wants to blend engineering knowledge with commercial decision-making. Youll manage the sourcing of machined parts and components, assessing manufacturing accuracy requirements and engaging with supply chains.
Who Were Looking For Must-Have:
- A degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical, or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 2:1 minimum (2:2 acceptable only if strong in all other areas)
- Strong practical mindset and common sense
- A willingness to travel internationally (for service/apps roles)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- UK passport and driving licence (or ability to gain one quickly)
- Proof of UK university degree
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CAD, CNC, robotics or control systems
- Final-year project with a strong applied engineering focus

You will work independently and as part of a team following a defined process, using the skills to correctly identify the different body panel types and have the ability to use the correct repair tools to carry out the work to the highest possible standard.
You will receive training and support throughout your qualification the successful candidate will learn to remove, repair and replace vehicle body panels and components of the vehicle safely and efficiently, using a variety of body repair panel tools, equipment and devices. Duties to include:
Assessing a vehicle to establish the extent of damage.
Based on the initial assessment, deciding whether to repair or replace bodywork
Removing damaged panels
Refitting new/repaired panels
Repairing damaged bodywork using traditional dolly and hammer or more modern techniques
Repairing small dents, holes or corroded areas using a compound filler
A certain amount of administration and customer interaction is also required:
Keeping a record of work carried out and time taken
Liaising with the customer or insurance company
Providing quotations and estimations

The primary goal of the Digital Product Manager Apprentice is to support the Product Owner representing the customer to the development team
You will also assist the Product Owner with the responsibility for helping to shape and deliver the Product strategy that underpins our customer proposition by shaping the vision and objectives for the team and driving the delivery of the roadmap
A key activity is to manage and make visible the product backlog, or the prioritised list of requirements for future product development
Training:The Digital Product Manager Apprenticeship is an 18-month programme that will equip learners with the skills and knowledge they need to become a successful digital product manager. They will learn how to:

How will I be taught?
As an apprentice, you are entitled to 20% of your working time off for studying. This will be agreed between your employer, you and us - we can advise how best to do this
Our blended approach is highly work-based – you will spend 80% of your time in the programme on the job, actively applying what you’ve learned right away in the workplace
You’ll spend the other 20% in off-the-job learning, which includes classroom sessions, digital learning activities, and learning and development activities at your workplace outside your normal day-to-day working duties

Key Accountabilities
Check for new work (candidates) on various platforms/spreadsheets and add new jobs to our internal spreadsheet
Issue new (reviewed) works information to the contractor
Prompt the contractors for weekly progress updates
Assist with any queries from contractors/clients and help with SharePoint updates
Ensure to follow a strict checking process when reviewing contractor updates before accepting from the contractor. Includes querying comments, dates and measurements
Update client’s corporate systems with dates, progress and completion information
Review completed work information and check that all work has been completed
Assist in compiling weekly progress reports
Attend weekly team meetings
