Sales Order Processing (SOP) (including quotes, orders & stock enquiries over email, phone & webstore).
Sales negotiations with new and potential customers, targeting from research in the industry.
Proactive follow-up to new and lead customers (i.e. what was your experience, are you aware of webstore, USPs, etc.)
Utilise Power BI Reporting to obtain historical sales data to identify lapsed customers for re-engagement, working closely with Sales Analysis for targeting key customers with telephone calls, visits and marketing campaigns.

Promote our pioneering product & expertise, using our identified USPs and experience.
