GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required. The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel. Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge Understanding of budgeting and expense management

I&C engineer and supported by I&C technician team. Responsible for the design and review of all I&C equipment and instruments for the Plant. Explore solutions to production problems or improve efficiency with maintenance and operators. Run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes, and become familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. Work and coordinate activities with the other engineering disciplines, Process, Project and Environmental. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Preferred, 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electrical Schematic and panel layout design using CAD (preferably AutoCAD Electrical) experience. Experience in the design of programmable logic controllers (PLC) or distributed control system (DCS) based controls systems. Expertise in National Electrical Code requirements in industrial facilities and hazardous locations. Proven understanding of integrating instrumentation with data acquisition hardware. Proficiency with electrical diagnostic equipment. Familiar with industrial sensors and actuators; pressure, temperature, accelerometers, motor controllers, flow meters, relays, strain gauges, valves, and pumps. As a Personal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting care experienced young people on their journey to independence. You will provide holistic support, supporting them as a trusted mentor, advocate, and guide throughout their transition period into adult life.
Salary: £28,770 - £31,364 per annum

Your responsibilities will include:
Building meaningful relationships: Establishing a strong rapport with care experienced young people, earning their trust and respect while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Creating individual pathway plans tailored to each young person's needs, goals, and aspirations. Assisting them in developing life skills, accessing education, training, and employment opportunities, and promoting their overall well-being. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our young people are aware of and access all their entitlements through the local offer for care leavers.
Advocacy and representation: Championing the rights and needs of care experienced young people, advocating for their voices to be heard and influencing positive change.
Partnership working: Collaborating with a variety of partner agencies and organisations to ensure coordinated and seamless support for our young people.
Empowerment and resilience-building: There is the potential for facilitating workshops, training sessions, and group activities that enhance life skills, emotional well-being, and self-confidence among care experienced young people
Key Requirements:
A background in youth work, advocacy, or a first hand understanding of care experienced young people, which will enable you to relate to their experiences and challenges they face
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Strong organisational and time management abilities to ensure the efficient delivery of support services.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, when/if required on occasions.
The role entails travelling both within Warwickshire and out of county, therefore regular access to a vehicle will be required.
