2–4 years’ experience in a food & beverage supervisory or management role – golf club or private club experience is highly desirable but will take other hospitality industry experience.Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate teams.Strong understanding of hospitality financials, labour management, and stock control.Excellent communication and customer service skills with a member-first approach.Confident managing high-volume service, events, and banqueting.Competent using POS systems, MS Office, and F&B management software.Comfortable with the physical nature of hospitality, including event set-up and service duties.

What will you do this year?In your role as a Catering Cook I, your primary accountabilities will be to:
Cook and prepare food according to production guidelines and recipes for a variety of catered functions, as well as PNE concession standsUnderstand and demonstrate proper SOPs in cooking and kitchen equipment such as gas ranges, ovens, deep fat fryers, steam cookers, meat slicers, dishwashers and other related equipmentEnsure food is stored in accurate temperatures for the appropriate length of time, following all food safety standardsEnsure the highest quality of food is served in a timely and effective mannerCut, prepare, and serve items in correct and accurate portionsMaintain a clean and sanitary workstationControl food waste, loss, and usage per standard operating proceduresMaintain all walk-in coolers including labeling, dating, and rotating productsEnsure PNE Uniform and Appearance Policy is adhered to at all timesPerform other related duties as required
What else?
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and successful completion of Grade 12Post secondary education or completion in culinary courses is considered an assetMust have a FoodSafe Level 1 certificationStrong knife skills are required for efficient food preparation and maintaining kitchen safety standards.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with staff, guests and clientsA strong understanding and knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in large scale cooking as well as short order cookingAbility to follow recipes and safely operate all kitchen equipmentAbility to prepare and present food in a clean and appetizing mannerMust be available to work a variety of shifts and hours on a part-time basis, including early mornings, weekends and eveningsSuccessful candidates must undergo a Criminal Record Check.

Warehouse Operative Faversham Night shifts Full-time, permanent £24,453 per annum
C2 Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established supply chain integrity operation supporting major UK retailers. This is a permanent night role based at a busy distribution centre, offering stability, structure and long-term progression for someone who enjoys accuracy-led work.
This role goes beyond standard warehouse duties. You will play a vital part in protecting stock accuracy across the supply chain, ensuring that what leaves the depot is correct, compliant and ready for store delivery. If you take pride in detail, enjoy working to clear processes and want a role where your work genuinely matters, this is an excellent opportunity.
The role
This is a hands-on auditing position within a live warehouse environment. You will be responsible for physically checking stock, validating loads against documentation and identifying discrepancies before goods leave site. Your work directly supports retailer availability, service levels and customer confidence.
Key responsibilities
• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages and trailer loads • Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery instructions • Verifying inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies accurately • Recording audit results clearly and consistently • Escalating errors or mismatches in a timely and professional manner • Working to daily targets while maintaining high quality standards • Identifying recurring issues to support continuous improvement • Following site safety procedures in a mixed working environment
What we are looking for
You do not need to be a manager. You do need to be reliable, focused and detail-driven.
Essential experience and skills
• Previous warehouse experience, including stock control, checking, auditing, picking or dispatch • Strong attention to detail with confidence in basic calculations • Ability to work to targets without compromising accuracy • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment • Aged 18 or over • Own transport required due to shift times
Hours and shift pattern
• 37.5 hours per week plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break • 5 days out of 7 • 8-hour night shifts between 22:00 and 06:00 • Working environment: mixed
