Whilst at the Skills Group training centre, you will learn the necessary skills and gain experience to help you throughout your role. The Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative will join the existing onsite team as part of the Facilities and Laboratory Services function (FLS), working alongside other Building Maintenance Operatives.
The Apprentice will be expected to develop a skillset to maintain the building fabrics, operating and maintenance of site facilities including painting, moving of equipment, plumbing, small carpentry works and Fire alarm testing.
