As a Member Representative Apprentice, you will be based in one of the Society’s branches and play a key role in supporting members with their day‑to‑day banking and savings needs. You will be part of a wider branch network, working closely with colleagues to deliver a high‑quality, welcoming and professional service.This role is focused on putting members at the heart of everything we do. You will help members understand the range of products and services available to them, support account opening and servicing, and act as a gateway to other areas of the business where appropriate.
