THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced Project Monitor with at least three years monitoring experience on large construction projects.
You will be either a Chartered Quantity Surveying or a Chartered Project Manager by training and be MRICS qualified.
You will review the development proposals to ascertain the project viability mainly from a construction point of view providing essential advice on cost procurement, programme and security documentation.
You will work on behalf of the funder / deverloper / investor and work throughout the project lifecycle performing a monitoring role tracking and reviewing risks and project performance, often with a primary liability to certify drawdowns, whilst protecting the funds secured status.
You will be able to monitor the project to ensure it is going to plan, timescale and to budget and be able to identify risks for all parties and consider their mitigation.
You will do due diligence reporting, technical solutions advice and other detailed reporting.
This is a hybrid role as you can mostly work from home and also be available to attend site and client's offices.

The Shopper Insights Manager will play a key support role to the Vice President of Insights & Category Management, providing a comprehensive omnichannel understanding of shopper behavior and trends to internal departments (marketing, brand, commercialization, sales, and category management) and external retail customers. Qualifications
Need to Have:

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a category management and/or shopper insights role, or market research experience in the consumer goods or retail vertical
Experience in at least one of the following:
Broad based experience leading quantitative and qualitative research, including online surveys, user/usability testing, focus groups, etc. (i.e., questionnaire design, sampling, weighting, programming), report writing and presentations
Relevant experience in retail/category management, retail shelf management, or shopper insights support

As the Endoscopy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluation of a high level of Endoscopy patient care
Leading the team in the role of team lead to ensure adherence to the 5 steps to safe interventional procedures and the safe and efficient running of the list
Exhibiting a high level of teamwork with the wider hospital environment
Participate fully as a team member, including working in areas such as stage 1 & 2 recovery to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives
Effective management of resources within the department
Participate in education, training and development of other staff
Help to prevent cross infection by observing departmental policy regarding dress, the maintenance of a clean working environment, decontamination and sterilisation procedures and a high level of decontamination practice
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Minimum 3 years’ experience within the role of Endoscopy Nurse
Endoscopy competence within a range of procedures
Competence in delivering a high level of Endoscopy care
Good computer and numeracy skills
Flexibility in response to needs of the department
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service to patients and Consultants
Good Team working skills
The successful Endoscopy Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £50,078 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users
Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
