Key Responsibilities for the Mission Operations Preparation Team Lead:
- Lead the provision of operational aspects, constraints, requirements and experience in mission development.

Key Skills & Experience for the Mission Operations Preparation Team Lead:
- University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of demonstrable space mission industry experience, including real-time operations as part of a flight control team operating a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) mission through the complete life cycle.
- Space and ground segment engineering experience is also beneficial.
- Comprehensive knowledge of satellite subsystems, in particular AOCS/GNC or OBDH/CDH.
- Familiarity of the operation of Mission Control systems (preferably SCOS-2000 based), mission planning processes, flight procedure development and automation, monitoring and control, onboard software management, configuration management of operational products and simulator facilities.
- Knowledge of Functional Avionics and the conceptualisation of how to use OBSW and ground systems to fulfil a mission following operational constraints.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Supervisor has the direct responsibility for leadership of the maintenance department or a large chemical manufacturing facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and direct maintenance projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration and implementation of technical activities. Support the HS&E, Quality and Service, and Productivity/Cost sections of the facility plan as defined by scorecard activities. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Manage the Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure it reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery. Support capital project requirements for review and submission to management including costs, schedule, and procedures. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with Management of Change (MOC) procedures. Analyze annual utility expenditures and develop plan to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity in hiring and promotion decisions. Effectively and efficiently onboard new employees. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback, maintaining clear and timely documentation. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: 4-year degree required.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)+ 4 years of additional related experience in lieu of a 4-year degree is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with plant safety practices, chemical processes, equipment maintenance, statistical applications, and equipment operations are also required. Automation and, or chemical manufacturing process experience i.e. PLCs, VFDs, pumps, and mixers.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of the practical application of sound engineering and chemical plant practices. This includes applying engineering principles and techniques to process design for the production of products and intermediates. Knowledge of arithmetic, statistical methods, "Lean" concepts, ISO procedures, and their applications. Ability to apply Excel, Word, and SAP applications to daily job responsibilities with an emphasis on system-driven solutions. Supervisory experience of team members preferred.

AV Commissioning Engineer – This position will see you working with the Lead av engineer, PM & other junior AV engineers to get you what you need to be able to commission any systems in the timeframe laid out by the PM. You should be hands on but also able to delegate so you can concentrate on commissioning whenever needed. The role will be an evolving position responding to the requirements of the company, however the main duties will include:
Working closely with the AV Project manager, engineers & third party teams to get you what you need to commission ahead of attending site.
Working with the lead av engineer to ensure equipment is correctly setup before you get to site otherwise you may be required to do this, ie AVRs, screens etc.
Commissioning of Cinema surround systems/DSPs
Programming of Savant Systems
Programming of Lutron Homeworks QS, QSX, Ra2
Commissioning of Crestron (use of toolbox, debugger)
Programming of Crestron
Working with PM to produce I/O lists/Help with engineering schematics as they are produced
Front line support with PM for clients after system is handed over or in finishing stages when client may be calling, messaging etc
Good understanding of Networks, Vlans, able to use a laptop, VPN etc to diagnose issues with systems, able to setup static IPs on equipment & commission systems out of the box from default IPs
Experience Required:
Good knowledge AV Cinema systems & Surround sound
Able to read & understand AV technical drawings & schematics
