Answering clients’ minor queries regarding their case

Preparing mail for sending to the Post Office

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
You will be required to come into the City Hub campus 1x Monday a month to join the other apprentices - you will be set work in this class to do over the month which will be marked and feedback given.You will have one to ones every 4-6 weeks via Teams/and set tasks with the employer on Teams or face to face review.
Meetings will take place with the assessor and the employer every 12 weeks, this is also either face to face or via Teams.Training Outcome:

Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion
Provide support to pupils 1:1, individually or in groups, to help them access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement
Support children in achieving their SEND targets set by the class teacher or SENCO, including 1:1 or group work
Support Forest school sessions
Assist with midday supervision duties, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our pupils during their lunch break

You will attend online sessions, and be required to produce written work
Be observed during your real work activities
Attend regular reviews with your training provider and supervisor

The apprentices will assist the hairdressers while they work on clients, some of the day to day duties are, shampooing, conditioning, taking colours off, keeping the salon clean and presentable, greeting clients, making appointments, blow-drying hair, helping any colleague do the best work they can. General salon housekeeping duties.
