Commercial Roofing Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25.16 and $31.45. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE. The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade. This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects. Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Deal with all new account requests which come into the company via e-commerce/CST or via Sales Managers by liaising with the customer and sending out credit application form link.
Add in Statement and Pre-Reminder profiles once account is set up on BC, along with credit limit for final approval by Finance Team Leader.
Liaise with Sales Managers of intention to pass for collection to enable them to speak to their contacts prior to action being taken.
Process all required paperwork prior to passing for collection. Liaise with debt collection agency on a regular basis for updates on debt progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and alignment to OnSite values.
Skills & Experience
Previous work experience in a Credit Controller or similar role
Intermediate level of Microsoft office, especially MS Excel
Good communication skills with professional manner, both written and verbal

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Regional Administrator is responsible to assist and support the WTI Supervisors and Foreman in the assigned region. This position ensures the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely. Key responsibilities include ensuring training for new hires is scheduled, reports are consolidated and communicated to the WTI Supervisor, and key metrics are tracked and communicated back to the corporate management team. The Regional Administrator has excellent communication and organizational skills. This position is also responsible for the scheduling and oversight of project volume for an assigned region. Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives. Key responsibilities include accurate field reporting, timely completion of jobs, and project backlog management. This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the scheduling and onboarding of regional new hires Assist with schedule communication with regional Sales Representatives and management Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for maintenance and repair routes Coordinate larger supply and equipment purchases, arrange pickup, payments, and cost allocation Coordinate material orders Knowledge of State prevailing wage and Davis Bacon Process timecard and expense approvals Maintain equipment logs for field employees Support and assist with sales proposals Oversee the task lifecycle for regional project volume: Planning Scheduling Optimizing Dispatching Executing Completing Reporting Work with WTI Supervisors to manage projects: Develop project crews Determine planned finish dates to update SLA Communicate project information to the Business Operations Project Administrator for SAP updates Maintain and update specific customer skills in Click Update and maintain WTI Technician skills and qualifications, relocate resources to a temporary home base Scheduling Emergency work or non-scheduled work and tracking in-jeopardy projects.
