The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training. 3RD ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start between June 1st and August 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts. Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential. What you’ll need:
Proven sales experience in automotive or industrial lighting (aftermarket accessories and work lights ideal).
Knowledge of lighting applications across motorsport, off-road, and heavy-duty industries.
Fluent in English and German (other European languages a plus).
Strong B2B account management and business development skills.

Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from Clients and Suppliers.
Issuing and recording client feedback forms.
Log incoming post and distribute.
Send company post out using Royal Mail website.
Closing down projects on our finance and Document Management system and archiving.
Learning how to add orders to our finance system.
Any other Administration duties as and when required.
Training:
You will be required to attend Sheffield College - City Campus one day per month as part of your training.
