Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

The primary result expected from the Key Account Manager will be to drive high potential end-users demand for Rust-Oleum and its Professional Restoration brands. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Conduct face to face and virtual calls to contractors, dealers and distributors of Rust-Oleum Professional products. This will improve alignment of our competencies, strategy and mutual goals. This is achieved by using personal skills, industry knowledge, trade tools and analytical systems to increase intimacy with our partners and theirs in order to gain sustainable growth within the territory and for the organization. Excel at communicating with professional contractors and end users about what products to use, and how Rust-Oleum provides unique industry solutions. Lead and successfully execute business reviews, plans and programs with account top management and merchants. Effectively manage relationship with Rust-Oleum Category Management, Logistics team, Brand team, Trade Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to include concise direction and expectations. We rely on each other and our cross functional sales, marketing and corporate teams for support and collaboration in order to best align in the most strategic and profitable way. Required Experience: Previous Industry Experience is preferred but not required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in a sales service role with demonstrated success in customer retention. Must possess a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum Demonstrated problem-solving skills - dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner to identify appropriate solutions. Ability to understand pricing, calculate discounts, and profit associated with selling price; ability to calculate commissions associated with territory performance. Availability to work and travel within assigned territory 40-50% of the time. Periodic evening and weekend hours required for Co-Op Shows and customer events. Key Responsibilities for the Trade Compliance Specialist:
- The Trade Compliance Specialist will manage and oversee the UK administration and control of exports for controlled goods, software, and technology. This includes communicating with impacted parties to ensure seamless integration with relevant business processes and transactions.

- Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable regulations affecting the UK, EU and US.
- Facilitate the authorisation signature process and maintain comprehensive records for all TAA support activities.
- The Trade Compliance Specialist will provide admin support to the compliance team including maintaining training records and for local staff.
- Provide and maintain metrics as defined by the Senior Export Control Manager.
- Conduct annual self-assessments to identify gaps and areas of risk across all areas of involvement and communicate these to the team.
- Support the Senior Export Control Manager to perform internal export control audits on each main exporting hub, including Norway, The Netherlands, Singapore, and the UK.
- Support the Senior Export Control Manager and other parts of the organization on specific projects as appropriate.
Key Skills and Experience Required by the Trade Compliance Specialist:
- Awareness, knowledge, and experience required to understand and provide guidance in exporting and importing dual-use and defence articles, technology and services under:

- Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)

Procurement

Stock Control

The Candidate
A proven background within an inventory, supply chain or procurement role.
Previous experience of the automotive parts industry, this could be within a motor factor or a multi franchise dealer parts operation.
A first-class understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control and procurement strategies.
The ability to negotiate and influence through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving outlook.

Identify and minimize the frequency of recurrent tickets
What you’ll need:
An absolute passion for ensuring the provision of exemplary customer service / service delivery
3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Management or Customer Success from within an SME IT Service Provider or IT Managed Services background
Strong knowledge of ITIL
To be highly organised with excellent written and oral communications
Ability to present to external clients
