We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong commercial awareness, willing to challenge existing processes and constantly looking to improve them and add more value.
Responsibilities:
Lead with the timely production of monthly management accounts including variance analysis with weekly and annual accounts.
Accrual and prepayment reconciliations.
Maintenance of key schedules such as fixed asset register.
Managing intercompany accounts and reconciliations.
Preparation of month end reconciliations.
Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts including preparation of the audit files, liaising with external auditors and review of the financial statements.
Preparation and maintenance of KPI’s for the Company.
Maintenance of nominal ledger including transaction auditing, journal posting and expense coding.
Auditing stock controls and maintaining accurate stock reports.
Assist with production of business plans for NPD, Capital purchase appraisals and annual grant claims.
Documentation of Processes and Procedures.
Take ownership for the preparation of Group ROS submissions, including VAT, CT, C&E, Intrastat, VIES and other government submissions such as CRO & CSO.
Provide critical back-up to the Financial Controller on all financial closing, shareholder reporting and the various components of the annual planning process.
Work with all teams to enhance use, understanding and continuous improvements of ERP system.
Partaking in ad-hoc Business Transformation Projects as and when required.
Requirements:
Part Qualified Accountant who has completed some exams.
Previous Industry experience is essential.
Experience in using an ERP/accounts software package.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Attention to detail.
Must be able to work effectively both as part of a team and individually.
Competent in IT, MS Office including medium to advanced excel ability with strong analytical capability.
Ability to work on their own initiative with a focus on process and system improvement.

Knowledge and experience of accounting principles and practices (e.g. reconciliation and balances, accounting computer systems and ledgers, coding structures, payroll procedures)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel and Outlook essential
Experience of AIM or equivalent legal system would be an advantage

What You Will Be Doing
Providing support with day-to-day administration and assisting with all accounting procedures and processes related to some of the core areas described below:

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
Sound intellectual skills evidenced by a strong academic background. Must hold at least 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, to include Maths and English
AAT qualified (or working towards) would be an advantage but not essential
Knowledge and experience of accounting principles and practices (e.g. reconciliation and balances, accounting computer systems and ledgers, coding structures, payroll procedures)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel and Outlook essential
Experience of AIM or equivalent legal system would be an advantage

The Role:
Collaborate in crafting visually captivating designs for various media platforms such as print and digital, encompassing marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and digital ads.
Adhere to established brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring the professional representation of each business unit through asset development.
Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the brand-conscious delivery of their core messages to both internal and external audiences.
Oversee the creation and delivery of PowerPoint assets supporting Internal Communications and Academy (L&D) functions.
Participate in regular reviews of all communication channels alongside the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
Provide support to the Senior Graphic Designer across diverse design tasks as needed.
Proactively monitor design quality, accuracy, and consistency to bolster brand recognition.
Aid in designing master files, templates, specifications, mark-ups, and proofing processes.
Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer in prioritising ongoing projects, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
Stay abreast of the latest design tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance skill sets and productivity.
Facilitate colleagues' independent and consistent work by utilising in-house templates.
Manage the naming, design, and archiving of all assets in accordance with agreed naming structures and internal organisation standards.

As a Senior Health Liaison Social Worker in this team, you will be expected to work collaboratively on complex cases with GPs, District Nurses and Therapists to work towards best outcomes for each service user. Reducing the risk of hospital and care home admissions is a key goal the team works towards by having an asset based approach to each case. Preventative measures are key to help reduce the risk of further harm or loss of independence for a service user.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience in a hospital or community based setting. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult’s Social Work environment is essential. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is also preferred for this role but not essential.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $89,000.
