ServiceNow Architect (6-Week Contract) Location: Remote - may include 1 / 2 weeks in CyprusContract Length: 6 WeeksOverview:Linking Humans, The #1 Global Partner for ServiceNow Recruitment, is currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect for a dynamic 6-week contract opportunity.Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Capability Assessment: Examine and evaluate the existing IT infrastructure and business processes to determine the feasibility of integrating ServiceNow solutions.Boundary Definition: Identify and define the scope and limitations of ServiceNow within the organisational environment, including technical, operational, and business constraints.Commercial Analysis: Analyse the commercial implications of implementing ServiceNow, including licensing requirements, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment.Licensing Recommendations: Provide expert advice on the number and type of ServiceNow licenses needed, considering the organisation's size, needs, and budget.Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for onboarding ServiceNow, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives and ensure buy-in across departments.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the feasibility study, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on feasibility studies and onboarding strategies.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and limitations.Strong analytical skills for commercial and technical analysis.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Experience with CSDM, CMDB, Custom Ap, Ap Engine, Asset Management would be advantageous.
