The products you will be working with are used in domestic, industrial, and commercial settings, and are installed by contractors and electricians.
This busy Edmundson Electrical branch is looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our busy branch. After full training, responsibilities will include:

The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers' wishes.
Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment is conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Training:The Supply Chain Degree Apprentice will study the level 6 Supply Chain Leadership Professional Degree through Leeds Trinity University.

Test laptop, desktop, and server components, as well as complete computer systems and peripheral equipment
Learn how to safely dismantle and rebuild IT hardware
Carry out testing and diagnostic checks on switches and routers
Diagnose hardware faults and carry out repairs where appropriate, including some soldering
Provide technical support to customers

Training:Training will be delivered by South Devon College on a day-release basis, with the apprentice attending college one day per week.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the administrative function of the operations team. The Apprentice Administrator will work alongside operations management and the wider operations team.
Most duties will be completed via the company’s customer management system (CRM).
Key Responsibilities:
Goods In/Goods Out- make sure systems are updated and items are correctly allocated to the storage location
Organise the collection and delivery of repairs to TRG Poland and Manufacturer repair facilities
Coordinate customs information and dispatch documentation of customer property to repair centres across the UK and Europe
Raise new work tickets on internal and external systems and portals
Compile the final dispatch of repaired customer equipment to the nominated delivery location
