This is a hands-on role based within a busy distribution centre where you'll play a vital part in ensuring stock accuracy, identifying discrepancies and helping maintain the highest standards across the supply chain.
The Role
As a Warehouse Stock Auditor, you will be responsible for carrying out physical stock checks, verifying deliveries and ensuring outbound loads are accurate before they leave the depot.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages and trailer loads• Check outbound loads against delivery paperwork and requests• Verify inbound deliveries and investigate discrepancies• Accurately record audit results and stock variances• Escalate stock errors and mismatches promptly• Work towards daily productivity and quality targets• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives• Follow all site safety procedures and operational standards
What We're Looking For

Manufacturing & Production:
Assist in the manufacture and fabrication of plastic products to customer specifications.
Support the operation and monitoring of machinery (full training provided).
Manufacture coiled pipe and related plastic fabrication products.
Work with HDPE pipe and sheet materials to produce manifolds, chambers, and associated products.

Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
Assist with annual stock takes and ongoing inventory control.
Replenish warehouse stock in the most cost-effective manner.
Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) performance remains at or above the company target of 95%.
Liaise professionally with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete and file all required paperwork in compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.
Record quality issues (supplier, customer, internal) using Asana.
Monitor tools and equipment wear in warehousing areas and recommend efficiency improvements.
Assist with maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of pool cars and vans.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment at all times.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
Understand and comply with the company’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
Set a personal example in maintaining high safety standards.

The Role
As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout the business. Supporting production teams and warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and accurately transacting stock movements while helping to maintain inventory accuracy levels above 98%.
You will also support import and export activities, liaising with freight partners and ensuring shipping documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a store, warehouse, logistics, or import/export support role

- Experience using Microsoft Office and stock control/ERP systems
