The Role
We are looking for Retail Minibus Driver to add to our already successful team.
This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: o WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. o Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. o WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. o Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. • Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. • Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. • Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. • Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. • Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. • Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. • Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. • Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. • Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. • Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.

Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.

Role of the Graduate Transport and Logistics Coordinator
