Compiling written communications, reports, letters, etc.
Ensuring administrative records are maintained and kept up to date.
Providing admin support as required, e.g. word processing, filing, photocopying, word processing, dealing with the post, managing supplies, arranging meetings, liaising with other staff and students.
Compiling student records and supporting with management of data
Providing support on reception as required, answering telephone and handling face to face enquiries, taking messages or re-directing to the appropriate person and providing basic information about the school to visitors.
Updating displays around the school.
To communicate both written and orally with students, parents, staff and outside agencies. Ensuring customer vehicles are protected against accidental damage or loss whilst in the care of the organisation, including protecting them with the appropriate covers
Safeguarding all plant and tools against loss or misuse and using all equipment reliably and safely, reporting any defects immediately
Learning how to investigate, report and advise on vehicle and component serviceability, to produce comprehensive electronic vehicle health checks and supporting videos

The Community Activator Coach will assist the centres in delivering and growing their dry side sports provision which includes, Senior Sports, Swim teaching.
This will include planning activities as well as delivering feedback to participants and their parents as required.

The Apprentice Fleet Co-ordinator will be working towards helping to oversee the operation of all the company's fleet of vehicles. They will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and management to ensure that vehicles are functioning properly and meeting organisational needs.
