Employer Description:
We know that comparing cost, location and premises is an important part of the process but the deciding factor tends to be ‘will my child be safe, happy and encouraged here?’
That’s why we have set out to answer that very question. We believe our compelling offer from our Thornaby-based Nursery School makes choosing this new adventure as easy as possible.
Firstly, we are the largest independent nursery in the north east and the only nursery in the region to be awarded Silver in Investors in People for People and Wellbeing.
We have a caring, dedicated and highly qualified team in each age-related room, driven to meet the developmental goals for that age and to challenge further their skills. Our team embeds confidence, trust and a conscientious nature among our children and have been specially trained to help children appreciate their importance in the wider world.
Then there’s our space. Our five expansive and well-equipped rooms keep children stimulated, safe and ready to learn – each with direct access to their own amazing garden just waiting to be explored. It’s a fun and friendly environment where we encourage children to care about themselves, others and the world around them.
Next, our proven nursery curriculum with its focus on building independence and self-confidence for all. From the start children are given their own voice and encouraged to ‘have a go’ for themselves. Individuals welcome!
