Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Providing technical expertise relating to the implementation and operation of technical security controls
Providing technical support and ensuring understanding and investigation of information security vulnerabilities and threats
Providing advice to support teams on how to remediate and reduce identified vulnerabilities
Liaising with 3rd party support and product organisations
Providing technical leadership on security incident response and investigation
Essential skills will include:
Proven experience in implementing and managing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF/NIST SP 800-53, and GDPR
Strong technical skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex security topics and translate them into practical, actionable insights
A proactive mindset, focused on continuous improvement, team development, and aligning security initiatives with broader business strategy
Experience in conducting third-party security reviews and Vendor Security Assessments (VSAQs)
Experience designing, running, and analysing phishing simulations and other security awareness activities
**NB Where this is a GRC biased role, and the team have a range of shared Technical SME’s, the Information Security Specialist MUST be able to create and interpret solutions design documents with a technical understanding of encryption, security tooling and network protocols nuances such as TLS v SSL.

Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications that comply with Tremco requirements, purchasing agreements, local building codes, and industry standards (NRCA, SPRI, Factory Mutual, etc.). Develop specifications in compliance with IBC, IECC, and Tremco-specific requirements & standards Develop specifications based on individual project Scopes of Work, using expertise, experience, and best practices to select appropriate items. Assist Estimators in understanding specifications for bid preparation and pricing. Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics. Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications Identify and resolve service, process, or quality system problems; ensure proper resolution implementation. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance. This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners
Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments. Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.

Learn technical content that aligns to and is relevant to employers and the market

Typically, this person will be working as a diesel fitter within a workshop environment, either independently or as part of a small team. The role reports to the Workshop Manager, with a dotted line to the Operations Manager. The key focus is on performing engine overhauls and related tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties and responsibilities of the Workshop Engineer:
Carry out medium and high-speed engine overhauls
Perform all assigned jobs in line with technical and work instructions
Maintain communication with the manager to coordinate workload and spare parts requirements
Submit accurate job documentation and time sheets on time
Attend team briefings when required
Identify opportunities for additional work and report to management
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose
Carry out routine maintenance and fault correction on equipment
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols
Work in line with the company's Quality Management System and client specifications
Provide additional support to the engineering function as needed
Qualifications and Requirements for the Workshop Engineer:
