Role of the Control Systems Engineer:
As the Control Systems Engineer, you will be ensuring new and repeat batch processes are brough online on time and within budget. This also includes providing technical support to the maintenance technicians and providing support for the manufacturing facilities in production. You will contribute to delivering capital projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer:
Design, Develop and maintain control systems using Siemens PCS7 and S7 PLC’s.
To troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimise downtime and ensure continuous production.
Develop and maintain safety programming on PCS7, ensuring compliance with IEC 61511 standards.
Manage alarm systems in accordance with IEC 62682 standards to ensure effective alarm management and operator response.
Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies and risk assessments, including Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
Essential Skills and Qualifications for the Control Systems Engineer position:
A degree in Electrical Engineering / Control Systems or related field.
Experience within Siemens PCS7 and S7 PLC’s.

Inspect components produced. Adjust the machining equipment or program and tooling to ensure components meet quality requirements.
Identify, communicate and report issues affecting machining component quality, quantity and deadlines.
Complete machining documentation at all stages of the work activity. For example, standard operational procedures, control documentation and contribution to audits.
Maintain and restore the machining work area, performing housekeeping and waste management as appropriate. Ensure tools, unused materials and equipment are returned to a safe, clean and approved condition on completion of machining work.

Sending out & chasing outstanding registration documents and references
Chase candidates for any outstanding documents
Take candidates through the “Working for Carrington Blake” document
Creating & sending out PAYE, Umbrella, Ltd & 3rd Party Ltd contracts to candidates
Deal with audits when they are requested by MSPs
Providing references for previous candidates
Scan all documents into the relevant candidate files on company systems
Manage task management schedules & task follow-up reporting
Record communication history of each candidate on internal systems
Run compliance reports – daily
Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time
Compile weekly payment schedule and starters & leavers report
Check bank statements daily for payments due into the company from clients, finance companies and insurers
Diarise & chase payments with clients – 7-day SLA for payments
Ensure that all receipts and payments are placed in the credit control system
Reconcile all transactions with the credit control systemEnsure all insurance companies are paid at the end of the month via the statements
Ensure all statements are confirmed as correct and signed offrun weekly age debtor reports to ensure that we are fully paid from clients
Carry out client customer service and administration calls
Client file and database & software management; ACT, SPS
Ensure accurate and up to date client account files and database are kept
Collating supporting documents and financial data in for accountant’s service delivery
Carryout credit control duties to ensure payments received for CBA services
Invoicing for client services delivered in support of credit control
Training:
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Qualification
Full on the job training will be delivered
Off the job training will be supported by our training provider - Davidson Training UK Ltd
You will complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you don't already hold the equivalent)
All training will be delivered within the workplace during working hours
Training Outcome:
Full position will be available after the completion of the apprenticeship

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep. Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed. Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel. Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc. Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. Attend all required calls and meetings. Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling. Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control. Functional computer skills. Safety training and OSHA knowledge. Understanding of budgeting and expense management.

Assist with all channels of communication into the helpdesk (phone, email, web portal)

Provide cover for the helpdesk between the hours of 7.30am to 5pm.
