To be successful, you will need:
Relevant qualifications and experience supporting individuals in an educational, care or similar settingStrong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour An empathetic approach and an understanding of the challenges faced by young people with additional learning needs Good communication and IT skills A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one Ability to travel as requiredEWC registration, an Enhanced DBS, and proof of right to work in the UK are required
This is a temporary position for a period up to the end of the academic year (May 2026) with a review. You'll be working part time, 18 hours per week (approx. 3 days).
