About the Role Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Control Centre Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Control Centre Team. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring service quality, and supporting independent living residents. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the Control Centre team
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and team meetings.
