Work to agreed deadlines, consulting at all times with the Props Workshop Manager
Work on stage when required, installing, and repairing props and set dressing
Participate in safety checks, and weekly planning meetings
Maintain high standards of operations and good housekeeping in the workshop
Participate in the provision of a safe working environment, acting within the company’s Health & Safety policy at all times

About the job
Supporting and supervising 10-12 foster families across Bristol and surrounding area with complex needs
Undertaking initial visits and completing Form F assessments
Providing post-approval support to foster carers
Working collaboratively with children, carers, and multi-agency professionals
Delivering training and group work where required
Ensuring practice meets relevant fostering legislation and National Minimum Standards
Attending staff meetings, team away days, and participating in the out-of-hours rota
About you
The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience within fostering, family placements, or children’s social work whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant fostering legislation and regulations.
There is potential for this role to become permanent as the service continues to grow across the South West.

* Prior experience managing or leading within a care setting
* Strong understanding of domiciliary care, safeguarding, and person-centred support
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or currently working towards it
* Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and compliance requirements
* Understanding of confidentiality, duty of candour, and data protection responsibilities
* Knowledge of risk management, infection prevention, and health and safety procedures
