The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region. This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives. Additional duties will include participating in proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the region, also responsible for Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary. During your time at Isocom you can expect to work within the engineering and production areas.
Your main duties include:
Work alongside the Technical Manager to gain experience and knowledge of electronic equipment and projects.
Working with our Design Engineers to build and test prototypes of new products.
Supporting the preparation of component test programmes.
Maintaining and supporting the production machinery, jigs and tooling.
Participate in component assembling in clean room as required.
Participate in internal projects.
Ensure quality, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained, and at AS9100 quality standards for aerospace and space applications at all times.
Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with Company’s H&S policy.
Use all PPE as instructed.
Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Report any serious malfunctions or risks to Supervisor.
Training:Apprentices will be permitted to attend college one day per week during term time.
The rest of the training will take place on site at the main premises, during business hours.

What will you do this year?In your role as Parks & Grounds Keeper, your primary accountabilities will be to:
Work under the direction of the Gardening & Grounds Foreperson, along with the Trades Gardeners and Arborist will provide tasks including but not limited to weeding, pruning, blowing, raking, watering.Operate turf mowers to maintain turf grass. Both walk behind and ride on units.Operating aerator and dethatching equipment for turf maintenance.Assist Landscape Technicians in digging and trenching. And filling with a variety of aggregates.Operating trucks, UTV’s, tractors, loaders, and aerial platform in support of Grounds and Gardening operations safely and responsibly.Pressure washing and basin cleaning.Assist with work set-up, completing projects and maintaining a safe clean work site.Operate vehicles and tools/equipment in compliance with all health and safety requirements as determined by WorkSafe BC, and all other applicable legislation and company policies.Review and Follow Safety Documentation (Toolbox Talks, FLHA, SOG’s Policies) to staff pertaining to Equipment Operations.Ensure crews are informed of and are wearing the appropriate PPE for tasks.Complete Daily Vehicle and Equipment ChecksPerform related duties as assigned when required or requested by the Maintenance Manager.

What will you do this year?
In your role as a Site Security Officer your primary accountabilities will be to:
Responsible for the protection of PNE assets from damage or loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, and weather
Conduct rounds in and around buildings, rides, shops, lots, roadways and yards
Secure and unsecure buildings as required
Conduct both mobile and extensive foot patrols across the site. Responsible for scanning over 50 NFC checkpoints per shift to ensure thorough security and monitoring of all areas.
