Fair Planning and Corporate Services:

Oversee functional resource planning and execution for event rentals such as fence, tents, trailers and golf carts.

Fair Exhibit space department:
Management of the Fairtime exhibition space sales and exhibit set-up activities for the 400,000 square feet of Fairtime indoor exhibition space, outdoor market spaces and food concessions.
Oversee the administration and processing of exhibit space applications and contracts.
Update exhibitor accounts: process exhibitor agreements, track payments, manage contracts and maintain records and reports.
Oversee all credential requirements (IDs, passes, parking) for vendors
Liaise with exhibitors regarding space allocations on site, outstanding contracts, payments, and other related documents.
Oversee concessionaire point of sale operations and act a support resource for external vendor group

Develop and actively manage positive relationships with production managers, tradeshow producers, concert promoters and other PNE stakeholders
Act as the venue representative on event days by managing client requests and troubleshooting operational issues
Coordinate staffing levels, public safety, facility maintenance, load-in, load out and all other event operations
Ensure adherence to venue policies and procedures with respect to health and safety, alcohol management, customer service, and labour management
Ensure venues are prepared in accordance to contract requirements and client expectations
Create production schedules, timelines, event specs using Momentus system other event planning material
Work closely with the Ticketing Department on the event build, venue configuration and other ticketing matters
Assist the Sales Department with event billing and settlement procedures

Must have 4-6 years of experience in the live events industry
Diploma, Certificate or degree in Event Management, Business Administration or a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education & experience
Must be able to work an event-based work schedule which includes weekends, late nights, extended hours and extended workweeks.
Proven record of building strong relationships with the general public, industry partners and internal and external business stakeholders
Experience working in a similar venue is considered an asset

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work
WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director - Transport Planner to join a well-established multidisciplinary planning and development consultancy, delivering strategic advice across a broad range of development and infrastructure projects.
As an Associate Director, you will deliver complex transport planning commissions across a variety of development schemes. This is a hybrid working role, with office attendance required Tuesday to Thursday, offering a salary of circa £55,000 plus benefits.
The Candidates without full software experience may still be considered where they demonstrate strong client relationships or an established order book.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake site assessments and support land promotion work
* Prepare transport statements, transport assessments, and technical reports
* Develop travel plans and sustainable mobility strategies
* Carry out junction and network modelling
* Support development planning and infrastructure studies

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Building Services concerns itself with the mechanical and electrical design for building projects.
Duties include:
Developing sustainable designs and working with architects to provide ventilation, heating/cooling, lighting and power solutions using 3D modelling software
The role also covers overseeing the design being constructed and commissioned on site
You will attend the taught elements of your apprenticeship (including 1 day a week studying at Coventry University and 4 days a week working at our Nottingham office)
Tasks include:
Developing knowledge and experience with electrical & mechanical engineering
Developing knowledge in sustainable and energy efficient solutions
Developing skills in using 3D building modelling software such as Revit
Being a key member of the team supporting the design development
Training:You will be studying for a BEng (Hons) in Building Services at Coventry University, as well as achieving Incorporated Engineer status with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) at your End Point Assessment.
