Environmental Enforcement Officer - Lambeth - Full-Time; 42.5 hours - £34,458.02 per annum

As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will enforce local laws to protect the area from litter, dog fouling, various other breaches, and local bye-law violations. So, what can you expect as an EEO?
You will be helping members of the public, patrolling streets and upholding environmental conducts.
What you will do:
- You will monitor and enforce within the London Borough of Lambeth by foot patrol, make enquiries and pursue action where appropriate
- You will examine reports of littering, fly tipping and dog fouling and other similar offence
- You will issue Fixed Penalty Notices for offences where appropriate
- You will prepare and submit relevant cases for trial and assist legal services in presenting cases to court and attending as a witness when needed
- You will record witness statements and conduct interviews under caution when required
- You will validate and verify personal details of offenders
- You will build good working relations with key service areas and other agencies including the Police

- Experience of enforcement work (including security work)
- Knowledge of environmental services such as cleansing and waste collection (desired)
- Skill to converse well to different audiences and work as part of a team
- Be able to deal with complaints and resolve complex issues

This is a pivotal role for the team assisting the operations manager through supervision of the car parking operations across the GTR estate. You will be responsible for a team of car park patrol attendants, ensuring efficient and effective operation of all car parking and related activities across your area.
This role is working Monday - Friday either 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm. There may be some weekend or bank holiday work if required.

- Recruitment, induction, training, performance management of all staff, managing disciplinary issues in line with site & Company policy.
- Ensuring all company policies & employee communications are effectively conveyed to frontline staff for all related car park operations, standards, discipline, training, & development.
- Management of car park/security incidents including attendance/escalation of any incident & liaison with the required emergency services as appropriate
- Ensure all frontline staff are compliant with health & safety procedures & standards.
- To assist with senior administrator & Operations Manager, to ensure all Parkway & ANPR related issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.
- Undertaking any additional duties as requested by the Operations Manager

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to work in an independent community facing rehabilitation & recovery unit based in the Walsall, West Midlands area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This is a rehabilitation and recovery service set within a modern, purpose-built mental health centre, specifically designed to support both males and females who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs, which might include treatment-resistant conditions
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**
As the Senior Staff Nurse your key responsibilities include:
Providing leadership and support for support staff and act as a champion for residents’ safety and dignity
Maintaining skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available
Ensuring the ongoing safety of service users, residents, staff and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes
Ensuring that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used
Acting as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
Taking charge of the unit regularly and, in the absence of the management team, accepting responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the unit
Helping to maintain the security of the building and its environment

To be able to build effective and credible relationships both internally and externally

The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £37,992 - £39,223 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
