Main duties and responsibilities

You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions. They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in the spring of each year offered to all apprentices on programme.

Training:You will be completing a Level 2 Land-Based Service Engineer (Construction Plant pathway) Apprenticeship Standard. This will be delivered using a combination of:
Workplace experience to gain practical skills
Guidance and training from an experienced workplace mentor
Industry recognised training leading to an apprenticeship qualification
You will attend residential placements at Myerscough College and may be required to travel outside of your normal working hours
Training Outcome:
Following successful completion of your apprenticeship you will be offered a permanent role, with one of the best rental equipment providers in the industry
