The Role of the Sales Engineer

The Ideal Person for the Sales Engineer
This role would suit either someone currently in an internal sales position looking to move into an external sales role or an experienced external salesperson.
Internal candidates will receive full training and will initially be based at their head office in Bedfordshire.
Candidates must have strong HVAC product knowledge and experience working with technical products, ideally selling solutions into the commercial sector.
We are looking for a strong relationship builder with established connections in the M&E consultant and contractors market.
As the first external sales ambassador for their family-run business, you will work closely with and be supported by the Sales Director, who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the sector.
You must be able to commute to London within one hour.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
- Prepare key legal documents such as contract packs, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Assist in the progression of matters through to exchange and completion
- Check returned documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Order and review property searches and assist in raising pre-contract enquiries
- Maintain detailed and accurate file notes using case management software

- Experience working as a conveyancing assistant in a busy legal practice

- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiatic Band 3 Support Worker to join the Supported Living team, within the Adult Disabilities Services on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.To note; a NVQ Level 3 qualification OR three years experience in a Learning Disabilities setting is required for this post and we regret that employer sponsorship is not offered with any Support Worker roles. The Service supports people with learning disabilities and autism in a variety of settings. These include residential homes, a short-break service, supported living and outreach. There is also a brand new purpose-built autism hub recently opened. This role is specifically based within the Supported Living team, but there are also opportunities, depending on your skills and knowledge to expand your skills and experience in other areas of the service, should you so wish.
