Collaborate with Production teams to resolve issues related to sub-contracts, parts, and scheduling.
Set SMART objectives aligned with the company’s strategy, ensuring team members understand their contribution to success.
Conduct regular 1-1 meetings and performance reviews (PDRs) to provide feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Identify training needs, update the training matrix, and manage apprentice development where applicable.
Encourage continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation within the team.
Maintain responsibility for team health and safety and uphold sustainability of Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5C/5S practices.
Qualifications and requirement for the Electrical Team Leader:
Extensive technical expertise in Electrical discipline, with a minimum HND qualification.
Proven people management experience.
Strong knowledge of SMD equipment and modern manufacturing methods.
Understanding of manufacturing quality processes, controls, and engineering drawings.
Experience driving continuous improvement in a production environment.

They are now recruiting for a full time Claimant RTA File Handler who will progress files through the MOJ Portal stages 1-3, ensuring correct procedures are adhered to.

Undertaking negotiations with Third Party Insurers
Pursuing settlement as quickly as possible
Ensuring actions are carried out as per task lists on Proclaim
Processing own bills
Knowledge of dealing with infant claims and credit hire desirable but not essential
Ensure Compliance with SRA Code of Conduct 2011

The Dimensions of this role
• Issue PCNs to vehicles that are parked in contravention of the parking regulations
• Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking
• Report any equipment that is in need of repair, so we can get it fixed as quickly as possible
• Report other problems with the signs, lined or activity on street
• Report abandoned vehicles to management
The candidate we need must be an excellent communicator with previous enforcement experience of 6 months or more, you will have an eye for detail along with experience of working with computerised systems. Uniform will be provided for the role.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week + Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays on a rota basis, between the hours of 7.00am and 11:00pm. So flexibility for the role is essential. Enhanced rates available for night time working where client requires.
This role of Civil Enforcement Officer will pay between £19.25 an hour via umbrella per hour.

Based out of their offices near Manchester but with ability to work from home and flexibly The main role of the New Build Conveyancer is to manage a portfolio of new build transactions, taking full responsibility for all elements of the conveyancing transaction. You will also supervise a small team of Legal Assistants.
You will manage a case load of new build transactions from inception to completion, dealing effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance.
To be successful in this role you must have Experience running your own New Build case load, Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment, Excellent attention to detail, Conversant in Microsoft office, highly organised, experience of managing a small team, confident in building and maintaining business relationships through excellent communication.
