An opportunity has arisen for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established dental practice, responsible for overseeing day-to-day practice operations, supporting staff and maintaining high standards of patient service.
As a Dental Practice Manager, you will lead the practice team, manage operational performance and support the commercial and administrative running of the practice.
This role offers salary of £40,000 (negotiable) and benefits. This role does not offer sponsorship.
You will be responsible for:
? Managing the daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
? Leading, supporting and developing the wider practice team.
? Assisting with recruitment, training and staff performance.
? Managing employee matters, including absence, performance concerns and team development.
? Overseeing practice-level financial performance, including budgets, costs and revenue.
What we are looking for:
? Previously worked as a Dental Practice Manager,Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, Operations Manager or in a similar role.
? Experience in dental practice management.
? Background in managing both NHS and private dentistry.
? Experience managing UDA/UOA activity and supporting private revenue growth.
? Strong understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and compliance.
? Knowledge of KPIs, financial performance, cost control and revenue management.
? Track record in leading and developing teams.

? Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
