About the Role:

Due to continued growth and new product introduction, this business requires a hands-on Production Supervisor with a strong Mechanical and/or Electrical Assembly background. This role would suit an experienced Team Leader, Assembly Supervisor, or Manufacturing Supervisor stepping into a Production Supervisor position.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day Assembly operations and meet production targets
Resolve technical, quality, and production issues on the shopfloor
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement
Support new product introduction and process improvements
Monitor scrap, analyse data, and reduce waste
Plan workloads to meet customer delivery requirements
Production Supervisor Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role
Technical background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Assembly
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Experience leading teams of 10+ in manufacturing
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis
Good IT and communication skills

Assist with machine build, development and maintenance
