* Experience working with children and young people in a care, residential, or support environment
* Relevant health and social care qualification or willingness to work towards one.
* Understanding of children's development, trauma, and the impact of adverse experiences is beneficial
* Awareness of safeguarding practices and commitment to child protection
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport
