Under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager, the hazardous waste attendant is responsible for collecting, separating, containing, sealing, weighing, marking, labeling, and preparing waste for transport in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Empty obsolete lab retains into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal. Empty obsolete finish goods into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal. Empty collected drums of waste into Kiln Direct box. Must keep accurate logs. Empties, organizes, and keeps clean containers according to applicable regulations. Ensures waste compliance under supervision. Monitors waste collection and capacity; alerts manager to ensure that units are emptied before reaching full capacity. Operates and monitors the distillation units. Inspects and accurately inventories waste staging areas. Must maintain a valid forklift operator's certification. Assist in the on-site transfer of waste to staging areas as necessary. Assists vendors and transporters with waste collection and provides manifests. Maintains waste area in a clean and orderly condition. Always ensures safe working conditions; utilizes safety equipment and/or protective equipment as directed (i.e. safety gloves and eye protection) and follows defined safety procedures. Maintain Spill Kit and absorbent pad inventories; notifies manager for deficiencies. Assists in the collection of samples that are required. Reports any problems or deviations to the manager immediately. Receive environment and safety training as required. Perform other job duties as assigned. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include:

Our client, a leading global technology services and infrastructure provider, is seeking an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) programme for a major financial services organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile technology refresh programme, managing complex infrastructure deployments across multiple locations while working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The Role
As Project / Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of a large-scale technology lifecycle programme, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the key liaison between the client, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers, providing leadership across multiple concurrent workstreams and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) programme across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage programme budgets, financial reporting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure all project documentation, governance, and reporting are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitor programme performance against agreed objectives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, operational, and client requirements.

Process supplier invoices and credit notes, in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
Allocate receipts, maintain debtor records and monitor aged receivables.
Assist with credit control activities, including polite and professional follow-up with clients/customers in accordance with internal protocols.
Support the resolution of billing queries, escalating where appropriate. Post bank transactions and maintain accurate cashbook records.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies promptly.

Process staff expense claims in line with policy and verify supporting receipts.
Ensure correct VAT treatment (where applicable) and coding to cost centres/matters/projects as required.
Follow internal procedures designed to support compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules and the firm’s COFA framework.
Maintain financial records in accordance with SRA accounts rules, data protection requirements and the firm’s retention policies.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and responding to internal queries.
Undertake other reasonable finance-related tasks consistent with the role and business needs Maintain accurate records within accounting software including Leap and Xero.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Operate within defined procedures and approval limits.
May recommend payment scheduling and propose corrections to postings/coding; final approvals remain with Finance Manager.
Escalates discrepancies, control failures, suspected fraud indicators, or material errors promptly to the Finance Manager.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling client, matter and finance-related information, including any personal data.
Ensure all such information is managed in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, internal policies and information security procedures, including secure storage and controlled access to finance records.
