As the team coordinator, you will be responsible for:
On-boarding new employees
Coordinating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into the company

Enquiry handling and customer service:
Act as first port of call for all type of enquiries. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications following established procedures
