JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary result expected from the National Business Development Manager will be to achieve corporate growth objectives within the Abrasives category. This includes creating Abrasives programs within our existing distributor base and the identification, analysis, evaluation, and successful closing of new business opportunities. The role will allow those with passion and interest in building a pro industrial abrasives strategy from the ground up, the opportunity to leave their mark with a fortune 500 company.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Work closely with our Product Management team to formulate, direct and coordinate sales and marketing activities and policies to promote our Abrasives line.
Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of wide-ranging sales and/or marketing experience in the Industrial Abrasives space with responsibility for results.
Ability to recommend changes to policies and establish department procedures.
Able to develop and manage sales initiatives to deliver results.
Ability to collaborate with customers and functional peers on matters that impact multiple departments.
Able to execute financials, business planning, and organizational priorities.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, and familiar with P&Ls.Salary range is $85,000 - 95,000. bonus eligible, company car

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g. Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space), Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure, Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program, Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e. HVAC, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters), Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g. programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g. sensors, switches, valves), Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g. product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g. piping, manual valves), Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs, Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions
EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

The role
This is a key role within the wider marketing team, reporting through to the EGM Marketing with responsibility for one direct report. Minimum 4 years’ experience in the residential property marketing / land lease knowledge essential
Demonstrated experience in management of project based marketing activities

Confidence and ability to be able to travel approx. once monthly including 5-hour drives / resourceful in ways to get to various locations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status. These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Plant Custodian cleans and maintains appearance of the plant and parking lots at both Large and Small Batch manufacturing sites and parking lots. The position reports directly to the Director of EHS.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all plant safety rules and practices. Must be willing to perform janitorial and other manual tasks throughout the plant. Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have regular and predictable attendance. Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions from plant supervision and efficiently and effectively perform tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of all buildings. Performs cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and breakrooms. Turn in job assignment sheet daily. Must properly wear personal protective equipment as required for the task being performed. Follow all departmental and plant safety rules and requirements.
