We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Worksop. This is a Monday–Friday day shift role within an established engineering team supporting production equipment and keeping the plant running efficiently.
The Role
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Maintaining motors, conveyors, sensors and mechanical components
Working with pneumatic systems and production machinery
About You
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience within manufacturing or production environments
Strong fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems
Basic PLC knowledge would be beneficial

Trains and motivates supporting staff. Conducts performance appraisals and recommends wage adjustments. Initiates and administers commendations and disciplinary action as required.
Prepares and maintains accurate reports, as required, and Provides management with appropriate information. Responsible for the accurate recording of raw material and resource usage and increases in finished product inventory.
Supports and is committed to Tremco's Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by "doing it right the first time" and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties. Participates as a member of various quality teams and assists in the development and implementation of action plans as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.):
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Supervisory experience in prior manufacturing role preferred.
Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to direct workers. Usually requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree
Good Attendance record

Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation

Engineering & CAMduct
Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining CAMduct job files and manufacturing data.
Help prepare sheet metal, ductwork, and fabricated parts for CNC cutting using CAMduct.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
Support engineers in maintaining and improving CAMduct libraries, templates, and machine setup data.
Monitor production schedules and job progress to ensure timely delivery to the workshop.
Work with production staff to resolve any programming or material issues.
Purchasing & Sage 300
Use Sage 300 to raise and manage purchase orders for materials, fittings, and consumables.
Obtain and record supplier quotations, lead times, and pricing information.
Maintain up-to-date supplier and stock information within Sage 300.
Assist in tracking deliveries, checking goods received, and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.
Support the purchasing team with cost control and order documentation.
Ensure all procurement records are filed accurately and kept up to date.
Office Administration
Provide general administrative support to the engineering, purchasing, and operations teams.
Answer phones, handle email correspondence, and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and job files.
Assist in document control, including scanning, filing, and version tracking.
Help organise meetings, take minutes, and support communication across departments.
Manage office supplies and assist with general office upkeep.
Support data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
Attend on-the-job and college-based training as part of your apprenticeship program.
Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production and purchasing goals.
