This role is responsible for managing client agreements across a broad client base. You will lead the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercially sound, risk-aware contractual outcomes.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements within investment management or financial services.
4–7 years’ relevant industry experience preferred.
Relevant legal qualification (Qualified lawyer)
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality output within tight timeframes.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple internal stakeholders.
Practical, solutions-focused approach with sound regulatory and risk awareness.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:
Manage the full contracting lifecycle from initial drafting through negotiation to execution.
Own and prioritise a defined portfolio of contractual work, assessing complexity and allocating focus accordingly.
Partner with internal teams to coordinate input and secure required approvals.
Manage client expectations throughout negotiations, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to internal contracting standards and risk management frameworks.
Identify and escalate non-standard or complex contractual provisions for internal review and resolution.
Maintain accurate records of contractual documentation, including non-standard clauses.
Support sales and relationship teams with contractual documentation queries.
Contribute to process enhancements that improve efficiency and overall client experience.

The four-year programme is designed to enable you to experience different aspects of engineering and production technology including: hand-skills, machining, fluid power, electronics, robotics, control systems and many more.
This training takes place at Plant Hams Hall and a local college. Additionally, there will be a strong focus on quality aspects of production, including measurement and calibration, quality management systems and business processes, preventative quality including risk analysis, process capability, engine performance testing and effective problem solving.
The first year of the program is purely in a learning environment where in addition to starting the academic requirements of your program in engineering mechatronic-based BTEC NC, you will undertake a practical-based engineering program which covers core engineering skills such as milling and turning, hand skills, electrical and electronic circuits and control and fluid power, PLC’s etc.
Following this, you will undertake competency-based training while working on site and start your degree program with the foundation degree in year one and finishing a full degree by the end of the apprenticeship.
Quality Engineering technicians will complete a broad spectrum of placements throughout the business in the UK.
Placements cover many aspects of the business such as:
Complete manufacturing analysis
Engine performance testing
Supplier liaison / problem solving
Siemens PLC with automation
Robotic facilities
Manufacturing process and facility planning (both electrical and mechanical)

We are searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients existing design team. In this role you will be responsible for the design, engineering and specification of new products alongside the maintenance of our clients existing product range.
You will report to the Technical Engineering Manager and alongside the Design team you will be expected to generate production ready designs and help ensure the smooth running of the department. You will ensure that new products are designed and developed within the agreed timescales and to the standards expected.
ROLE DUTIES
Work closely with the Technical Engineering Manager and the Design and Development department you will take products from conception to detailed engineering drawings for manufacture.
You will determine manufacturing methods for engineering designs accounting for both inhouse and external manufacture capabilities.
You will carry out DFMEA at the outset of each project, monitoring the completion of actions identified and working with the development team to identify product design failure modes.
You will ensure that tolerance analysis is carried out during the design process, allowing for ease of manufacture, product function and eliminating tolerance build up issues during product manufacture and assembly.
You will be working with all departments involved in the NPD program, in particular, Development, Production Engineering & Purchasing, ensuring design for manufacture is implemented prior to product handover.
You will work with the Production Engineering department to optimise designs to reduce costs, increase efficiency and maintain product quality.
You will ensure Bill of Materials spreadsheets are generated during the design process enabling Production Engineering to generate product manufacturing costs.
You will ensure new product progress feedback sheets are filled out and kept up to date.
To be considered for the role you require experience in a mixture of the following: -
You will be either degree educated or have a proven engineering background with a strong bias toward mechanical engineering.
You will be able to demonstrate ability in product development from initial prototype to mass production.
Experience of sheet metal manufacture experience and knowledge of sheet metal processes is required.
Experience of generating Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis reports (DFMEA Reports) and implementing the actions identified is required.
Experience of tolerance build up analysis and resolving areas of concern.
Proven experience of working with Solid Edge (consideration will be given to individuals who have worked with SolidWorks).
Ability to generate 2D production drawings according to GD&T best practise.
Demonstrated ability in design for manufacture considerations.
Folding simulation software experience whilst NOT essential, would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Four to ten years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry.
A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred
Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
Assembly line related product segments
Basic knowledge of product chemistries
Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience a plus
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel extensivelywithin assigned territory.
Must be well organized,self-motivated, with outstandingwritten and verbalcommunication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience preferred
Possess a professional curiosity to figure out how things work or are put together

The salary range for applicants in this position generally starts at $85K and goes up based on experience. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
